Meet Ivan, Ellen and Simon. They live inside your brain, they know all your dirty secrets...and they definitely know your search history.
These oddballs are the stars of 'Jerk', a new play by Nick Edgeworth adapted for the pre-recorded online world to premiere with Brighton Fringe later this month.
Four socially distant Mudlarks met up in Eastleigh to do the necessary filming and had a right giggle in the process, revelling in the novelty of creating together again.
'Jerk' looks inside the brain of a teenage boy as his Id, Ego and Superego struggle desperately to manage a growing addiction to....uh....naughty online content. It's often sweet and poignant...but it still can't be summed up much better than producer Gina's mum...
'Nick's w**king creation' might be one we save for the West End billboards....
If you like a bit of sci-fi esque flavour, great writing, and the odd dirty joke, 'Jerk' will be right up your street. Click here to book a ticket as part of Brighton Fringe. It's cheap as chips, and the beauty of an online festival is that it can be watched from anywhere!
